PVC Plumbing connector - need both male
and female (top and bottom)
SS Eyebolt (Stainless Steel)
SS Chain for hanging (Stainless Steel)

Drill a hole in top part and add eyebolt with nut. Attach chain. Drill larger holes in bottom. Fill with treats or preening material.
