Take a large stack of paper plates.
The best place to shop is the dollar store.
Depending on your size of bird, cut the plate into sections. Fourths for larger parrots.
Eighths for medium,
and so forth.
Take steel wire and insert it through the middle of the sectioned pieces. Since I believe in the fast and easy way, I used a drill for the holes.
With needle pliers, bend one
end of the wire around a 6"
chain. I used plastic chain,
you can use a different chain or even rope.
Do the same with the other end.
Add a little sisal rope and Quick Link. You're done!
