Basic instructions:
Poke/Punch holes in middle of muffin cups
Thread on your choice of rope:
Cotton Rope, Paulie Rope, Sisal, Hemp, etc.
Embellish with blocks, beads, straws, etc. ....
The possibilities are endless!!
